Tracy Rural Fire District

Term of Office: 12/2024 - 12/2028 

Chairman Ramsey served 32 years in the fire service, retiring as Battalion Chief from Alameda County Fire Department. Chairman Ramsey is an active board member of the South San Joaquin County Fire Authority and also serves on the financial ad hoc committee for the District. In this role, Chairman Ramsey brings his expertise in finance and budgeting to address key fiscal challenges and ensure the organization’s financial sustainability and growth. With a strong commitment to the mission of the organization, he collaborates with fellow committee members to develop strategic solutions and drive impactful initiatives forward.
